4. Vegetation in dit_—� flow lines shall be established utilizing
excelsor fibre rnc_
5. No critical erosicr problems are anticipated in developing
this 186.27 acre site (approximately 35 acres disturbed).
All site work shay be performed in occordonce with the
North Carolina Ersion and Sediment Control Law and the
North Carolina Erosion and Sediment Control Planning and
Design Manual.
8. Prior to any ion: disturbing activity (inciuding dearing)
silt fences, and sediment basins shall be installed
at the locations rdicated on the drawings.
9. Divert runoff to oppropriote sediment basin as
construction pros resses.
10. Erodabie areas c:sturbed during construction shall be
either temporary,. or permanently grassed immediately
after work in thc: area is complete or when construction
is delayed for 3C or more working days.
11. All erosion contr devices and structures shall be in—
spected and repcired or replaced as needed after each
significant roinfm . Any additional measures required to
contain sedimen-, on site shall be installed where needed
and as approved by the Engineer.
12. Ditches and swa►es shall have check dams installed at
intervals specifies in Specification Section 02270 to control
runoff velocity.
13. All areas shall be permanently grossed within 30 days
after completion of fine grading.
14. Contact the Ber-ue County Building Inspector
for inspection or,c approval of erosion control measures.
15. Clearing limits moll extend 10' maximum beyond disturbed
areas unless noted otherwise on this plan.
16. Temporary grossng shall be performed in a manner
consistent with Specification Section 02930, 'Permanent
Grossing", using 25#/acre seasonal small grain (millet, rye,
or wheat), applies similar to Permanent Grassing.
