This permit is subject to compliance with this application and permit conditions. Any violation of these terms may

Good afternoon Mr. Bridges and Ms. Wilkinson,
Thank you so much for your submissions. Ron has approved an in-kind replacement for your docks. The
docks must be wood only to match the original material and must have the exact same footprint as the
previous dock. Any variance from an exact, in-kind replacement is not permitted.
I will be in touch as soon as I am able to pass along the complete operating and maintenance plans for all of
the recreation residences. In the meantime, feel free to reach out with any questions or concerns.
