Looks like we will now be the builders for the piers out on the islands south of the pirates cove bridge. As
Doug permitted these they really dont work all that well when you lay them out.
First off the boat lift dimensions will be 12.5 x 12.5 not the 14x14 drawn. No biggie there but even with the
smaller lifts the platform doesn't quite make it to the lift pile and the lower finger pier doesn't lay out very
well either. I would like to make the changes shown on the second drawing if it's easy and you can just
modify the permit. If not I guess i have to build the bag o crap that the permit creates
The changes are
1. Boat lift too 12.5x12.5
2. 10 x 16 platform changed to 12x16
3. Lower finger ier changed from 4x12 to 5x15
Your thoughts please, also its the same problem on lot 17
