subject the permittee to a fine or criminal or civil action; and may cause the permit to become null and void.

permit, the applicant will confer with appropriate local authorities to confirm that this project is consistent with the

We will just leave off the finger dock on the east side so we can stay in the same footprint. So we will just
extend the one on the west side of the lift and put in the new lift. I attached the updated drawing

of the existing docking facility footprint. Is this the case?If so, I could not issue the 2000 for this portion and it all

It is a shared dock. I have attached the forms and drawings. I have it in 2 phases. Phase one we want to
do some demo and take out the existing lift and put in a new lift and extend the finger dock. Phase 2 will
definitely take us into a major.We gave the neighbors all of these drawings to show what we wanted to
do as well so the form will work for the GP and the Major.Thanks for your help!
