Assuming that the pier accessway remains approximately 10' off of Harrelson Riparian Line, you
would just need to reduce the platform footprint so that no portion would encroach into Ms.
Hobson's riparian area. If you needed to shift the accessway over closer towards the Harrelson
riparian line, you would need to renotify them as would change the impacts to them from the
original proposal submitted.
