This permit,issued on July 19,2024 , is subject to compliance with the application (where consistent with the permit), all applicable regulations, special conditions and notes set forth below. Any violation of these terms may be subject to fines,imprisonment or civil action; or may cause the permit to be null and void. NOTE: This renewal shall be attached to Permit No. 202-87,which was transferred to the permittee on 6/29/09, as well as all subsequent modifications, refinements, and renewals, and copies of all documents shall be readily available on site when a Division representative inspects the project for compliance. 1) All conditions and stipulations of the active permit remain in force under this Renewal. The number of the original permit. B. A statement that no dimensional changes are proposed. C. A copy of the original permit plans with cross-hatching indicating the area to be maintained, the area to be used for spoil disposal, and the estimated amount of material to be removed. The location, design and holding capacity of the spoil disposal site shall be approved by a representative of the Division prior to the initiation of any maintenance dredging activities. D. The date of map revision and the permittee's signature shown anew on the original plan. NOTE: The N.C. Homeowners Association, Inc.d/b/a Pirate's Cove Homeowners'Association,Inc. requests a development period extension of CAMA Major Permit#202-87. A five year extension is requested. 1. The work is continuing on the permitted project. 2. The project has not been completed as it involves: 1)maintenance dredging and 2)marina, docking facilities and boardwalk repairs. 3. There has not been any change of plans or modifications to the previously approved permit. 4. The project is in compliance with all conditions of the current permit. We request the five-year extension in accordance with 15A NCAC 07J.0404, (b): 'Renewals for maintenance of previously approved dredging projects may be granted for periods not to exceed five years.'
