I have asked NCDCM to issue the General Permit forthe boat lifts and breakwater and I wanted to
check back with you on this. This is not for the retaining wall that we would like to tie into your wall. As
explained before and as John and I have discussed, that would be a CAMA Minor through the
Town. This is for a General Permit for water -dependent structures.
