Byrd DEC 1 8 2003 109 Mallard Creek Drive Washington,North Carolina 27889 �IV.OFOOA UINAGEMEN RAL��rLEA IGH Dear Mr. Byrd: This letter of refinement is in reference to your correspondence(see attached)requesting a modification of Major CAMA Permit Number 93-03 issued to the Camp Leach Home Owners Association on 17 July 2003. Permit Number 93-03 was issued for the replacement of two existing piers at the common area boat ramp on Mallard Creek at Camp Leach off SR 1735 in Beaufort County,North Carolina. Your request to modify the aforementioned permit to realign the 7 permitted slips as well as the construction of two 30 inch wide by 12 feet long finger piers is hereby authorized. All permit conditions including the 31 December 2006 expiration date still apply and remain unchanged. Your modified plat dated 15 December 2003 will be attached to the permit and all construction should be carried out in compliance with that plat.
