Dear David:
In reference to our permit # 109-84 issued 5/20/88, I realized that
completion of new work at the marina must be done by March 31 , 1989.
Due to circumstances beyond our control. . . i.e. being so short handed and
simultaneously so busy, we are not going to be able to complete the
new fuel dock nor the bulkheading on the beach by this date.
I spoke breifly with Preston about this today, since you were out of your
office and he feels certain there will be no problem with your granting us
an extension. If this could be for 1 year it would be of great help. . .especially
for the work on the beach site.
Please let me hear from you regarding this at your earliest convenience.
Thank you.
Judy H. Wolfenbarger, Gen. Mgr.
