Wolfenbarger Minnesott Beach Yacht Basin Post Office Box 128 Arapahoe, North Carolina 28510 Dear Mr. Wolfenbarger: Through coordination with the North Carolina Division of Coastal Management, we have learned of the renewal of your State permit which authorizes your maintenance of a channel, canal and basin and construction of marina facilities on the Neuse River, Minnesott Beach, Pamlico County, North Carolina. Your proposal has been reviewed and continues to be consistent with the provisions and objectives of general permit No. CESAW-0080-N-000-0291. Therefore, you may continue work in strict accordance with the renewed State authorization. Failure to comply with the State authorization or conditions of the general permit could result in civil and/or administrative penalties . If any change in your work is required because of unforeseen or altered conditions or for any other reason, plans revised to show the change must be sent promptly to this office and the North Carolina Division of Coastal Management prior to performing any such change or alteration. DAVID NOBLE SUBJECT: RENEWAL REQUEST - MINNESOTT BEACH YACHT BASIN - MAJOR PERMIT #109-84 DATE: FEBRUARY 9, 1990 Attached is a request to renew CAMA Major Permit #109-84, Minnesott Beach Yacht Basin, along with their check in the amount of $25. 00. The permittee has requested renewal for two ( 2) items: 1. Five ( 5) year extension for maintenance dredging; and, 2. One ( 1) year extension for construction of a fuel dock (permit modification 4-22-88) and bulkhead/grading work (permit modification 5-20-88) . Our regular CAMA (maintenance) Permit # 109-84, due July 31 , 1990. Please find the fee of $25.00 attached. We would like this renewal to be for a minimum of five years. 2. An extension of the permits issued to (a) construct a fuel dock. and (b) an extension of the permit to bulkhead our beach area. It is understood that you will need to remeasure and re stake the area before we proceed with the work. We need the extended time because we simply have not had the time or manpower to complete these projects. Another years time would be most appreciated.
