Dear David:
Per my phone call of today, I wish to apply for renewal of the following permit:
# 109-84 in regards to new work involving bulkheading of our beach area.
It is understood that you will need to remeasur nd restake the area before
we proceed with this project. Ii
Once again, we have not had the time or labor force to work on this and I
would once again request a renewal extension for more than one year in hopes
of being able to complete this job.
Enclosed is our check in the amount of $25.00 for the renewal fee.
Thank you for your attention to this matter.
