IN RE: PERMIT RENEWAL #109-84 ,...........«...«......w
Dear Charles:
By means of this letter, I wish to request the renewal of CAMA Permit # 109-84 which expires on
July 31, 1995. The renewal is necessary to perform routine maintenance/excavation of the
existing access channel, as we have since 1980.
There are no planned changes for this project and we plan to perform the work as permitted,
previously.
Since the maintenance/ excavation of this area is required frequently, and an adequate spoil
disposal area exists on the property, we request that another five year permit be issued for this
work.
Please find, enclosed, our check to DEHNR, in the amount of$50.00.
Sincerely,
06*
