This permit, issued on December 12,2019 , is subject to compliance with the application (where consistent
with the permit),all applicable regulations, special conditions and notes set forth below. Any violation of these terms may
be subject to fines, imprisonment or civil action;or may cause the permit to be null and void.
1) This Renewal shall be attached to the original of Permit No. 109-84,which was transferred to the
permittee on 8/9/19, as well as all subsequent renewals,refinements and modifications, and copies of
all documents shall be readily available on site when a Division representative inspects the project for
compliance.
2) All conditions and stipulations of the active permit remain in force under this Renewal.
(See attached sheet for additional conditions.)
This permit action may be appealed by the permittee or Signed by the authority of the Secretary of DEQ and the Chair
other qualified persons within twenty (20) days of the issuing of the Coastal Resources Commission.

ADDITIONAL CONDITIONS
Maintenance Clause
3) The Division of Coastal Management shall be notified in writing at least two (2) weeks in advance of
any maintenance work authorized by this permit, and such notification shall include:
A. The number of the original permit.
B. A statement that no dimensional changes are proposed.
C. A copy of the original permit plans with cross-hatching indicating the area to be maintained, the
area to be used for spoil disposal, and the estimated amount of material to be removed. The
location, design and holding capacity of the spoil disposal site shall be approved by a
representative of the Division prior to the initiation of any maintenance dredging activities.
D. The date of map revision and the permittee's signature shown anew on the original plan.
NOTE: A permit renewal application processing fee of$100 was received by DCM for this project.

Dear Kevin:
Enclosed is the information needed for Permit renewal on Permits#109-84 and#132-05.
1) Now with new ownership,the renovation of the marina will take place in a
timely fashion. As you know, clearing is already taking place so that needed
bulkheading can be installed.
As with Permit#109-84,the channel dredge part of that Permit has been going
on since 1984. Since I started here in 2005, 1 have dredged parts of the channel
that fill in almost on a yearly basis.
2) The reason that the project will not be completed by December 31, 2019 is
that the previous owners had no intention of doing any improvements on the
Marina.
New ownership occurred on May 20 2019.
3) The marina renovation will not be as extensive as previously stated. Therefore,the
scope of the project will be reduced. Existing pier layout will remain basically
the same. Bulkheading will take place where it is needed to stabilize the banks.
4) As you know, ownership has already been changed on each Permit.
5) As far as I know,we are in compliance on both Permits as no major renovation
has taken place yet. The maintenance dredge part of the Permit#109-84
has been used in compliance for years.
