Maintenance Clause 3) The Division of Coastal Management shall be notified in writing at least two(2)weeks in advance of any maintenance work authorized by this permit and that notification include: A. The number of the original permit B. A statement that no dimensional changes are proposed C. A copy of the original permit plan(s)with cross-hatching indicating the area to be maintained and the area to be used for dredge spoil,and the estimated amount of material to be removed. D. The date of plan revision and the permittee's signature shown anew on the original plan This permit action may be appealed by the permittee or Signed by the authority of the Secretary of DENR and the other qualified persons within twenty (20) days of the issuing Chairman of the Coastal Resources Commission. date. State Permit#132-05 was issued to Minnesott Beach Holdings, LLC for the construction of a subdivision adjacent to the Neuse River at 1107 Bennett Road, in Pamlico County. The permit is set to expire on December 31, 2014. The ownership of the property has changed over to JOB Holdings, LLC. The new owner wishes to transfer the permit into their name with no change of use,nor change in the approved plans. I would recommend that State Permit#132-05 be transferred to JOB Holdings, LLC. A check in the amount of$100 (#6887)has been received in order to process the request. State Permit#132-05 was issued for the construction of a subdivision adjacent to Alligator Creek, connecting to the Neuse in Minnesott Beach, Pamlico County. The permit expires on December 31, 2014. The request is to renew this permit. This permit authorizes the upland development of a subdivision. Due to poor economic conditions,no substantial work has taken place. This is the applicant's first request to renew this permit. It is suggested that this request be processed in accordance with 15A NCAC 07J .0404(b)which states: "Where no development has been initiated during the development period, the permitting authority shall extend the authorized development period for no more than two years upon receipt of a signed and dated request from the applicant... " The Morehead City District Staff recommends granting the request to renew the permit for an additional two years.
