I am writing to request the transfer of CAMA Major#176-05 (the"Permit"), originally issued to Rial
Corporation. The Permit was originally issued on 11/09/2005 for a new subdivision, golf course with
clubhouse, shoreline stabilization, access roads and parking areas. Since then, Quible &Associates,
P.C. (Quible)was engaged to assist with permitting of a marina on Salmon Creek and a Major
Modification to permit#176-05 was issued on 12/09/2010 for a 92 slip marina on Salmon Creek.
