Matthew and Jill Robinson, 7227NoName Rd, Wilmington,New Hanover County
Mr. George Pinkston, acting as agent for Matthew and Jill Robinson, is requesting the renewal of
State Permit No. 4-05 originally issued to Derek and Sarah Wright on January 11, 2005 for the
construction of a private pier and docking facility. This permit has been kept active through renewal and
modification, including a transfer to Matthew & Jill Robinson on January 21, 2016. Most recently it was
issued a minor modification on February 23, 2017 to allow for the reconfiguration of the permitted
docking facility, and expired on December 31, 2018. Mr. Pinkston states that due to damages from
Hurricane Florence the renewal is necessary and there are no changes planned to the stated permit
conditions.
This office has no objections to the renewal of State Permit No. 4-05. Mr. Pinkston has included
check (no. 8774) in the fee amount of$100.
