This permit has been kept active through renewal and modification, including a transfer to Matthew & Jill Robinson on January 21, 2016. Most recently it was issued a minor modification on February 23, 2017 to allow for the reconfiguration of the permitted docking facility, and expired on December 31, 2018. Mr. Pinkston states that due to damages from Hurricane Florence the renewal is necessary and there are no changes planned to the stated permit conditions. This office has no objections to the renewal of State Permit No. 4-05. Mr. Pinkston has included check (no. 8774) in the fee amount of$100.
