Items Discussed with Contractor's Superintendent, Surveyor, Regulatory Agencies, ... etc.: 1. The property owner of 469 E. V Street told Brad Rosov (CPE) that cracks have been observed inside his home. He attributed the cracks to the activity associated with the construction of the terminal groin. Brad Rosov conveyed that information to Jim Gunn (CDC). Jim Gunn stated that the vibration sensors have not detected any vibrations above 50% of the allowable threshold. 2. Richard Mattingly (CDC) told Brad Rosov that it was anticipated that 18 mattresses would be installed today followed by the placement of armor stones (Size B). Brad Rosov (CPE) told Jim Gunn (CDC) that several dislodged sections of the marine mattresses were observed alongside the east portion of the groin. Jim Gunn explained that it is not unusual for a portion of the mattress to break off during construction and it will not result in deficiencies in structural integrity.
