Issued to Pine Island Property Owners Association, Inc., PO Box 2285, Kitty Hawk,NC 27949
Authorizing development in Currituck County at Atlantic Ocean and ocean beach, within
limits of Pine Island S/D , as requested in the permittee's application letter dated 2/4/05 including
attached workplan drawing dated 2/4/05.
This permit, issued on February 22, 2005 , is subject to compliance with the application(where consistent
with the permit), all applicable regulations, special conditions and notes set forth below. Any violation of these terms may
be subject to fines, imprisonment or civil action; or may cause the permit to be null and void.
1) As depicted on the attached workplan drawing, this minor modification authorizes the repair of
escarpments on the oceanward most vertical dune face.
2) All work on the authorized project shall be conducted entirely landward of the normal high water line.
3) This minor modification shall be attached to the original of Permit No. 8-05, which was issued on
1/20/05, and copies of both documents shall be readily available on site when a Division representative
inspects the project for compliance.
4) All conditions and stipulations of the active permit remain in for under this minor modification unless
specifically altered herein.
This permit action may be appealed by the permittee or Signed by the authority of the Secretary of DENR and the
other qualified persons within twenty (20) days of the issuing Chairman of the Coastal Resources Commission.
