Hello Ron,
I have talked to Mr. Towsky numerous times during the house building, and am sure he would have no objection. I do
know that he left a couple of weeks ago on a 4 month camping trip to New York, but have no idea how he is receiving his
mail.

Good morning Chris,
I found the email with the attachment. It looks like the notice to Weiland was signed as
received on June 141h, so they have until midnight June 24`h to submit
comments/objections. The notice to Towsky has not been delivered yet. The 10 day time
period to submit comments/objections does not start until the date they receive the
notification.
Towsky's mailing address is the same as the physical address, so if they live there it may
be quicker to knock on the door and see if they will directly sign the ARPO form.
