Dear Mr. LeFevre:
This letter is in response to your request dated January 30, 2008 for a refinement to CAMA
Major Permit#55-05. You have requested to install an 8-foot wide by 16-foot long kayak launch
/dock immediately adjacent to the recently installed bulkhead along High Bridge Creek.
This letter grants you your request for a refinement to Major Permit #55-05 to install the
aforementioned kayak launch/dock. As your letter states, the proposed dock will replace the
previously authorized boathouse and boat ramp that had been proposed in the same general
location. The attached plan illustrating the proposed kayak launch/dock will become part of the
permit and file (drawing titled "Refinement Request-Kayak Launch", revised January 21, 2008).
No other modifications to the permit are authorized by this refinement and all other permit
conditions associated with Major Permit#55-05 remain in effect.

Major CAMA Permit#55-05
Dear Mr. Cece,
This letter is to request a refinement to existing CAMA permit 55-05. The refinement
request will include an addition of a kayak launch dock to the recently installed bulkhead.
The dock will consist of 128 square feet of area with two 18"stair treads and an 8'x 16'
platform The structure will be pile supported.
Under the existing permit a boathouse and boat ramp are permitted. Thcsc improvements
will not be constructed and can be deleted from the permit and will be replaced by the
dock improvement as referenced.
