As depicted on the accompanying site plan, the proposed work requiring a CAMA General Permit includes a rock sill for wetland protection situated 5ft waterward of the Hooper's shoreline. Ms. Hooper proposes the rock to extend to be in line with your bulkhead, which would help protect her shoreline as well as yours to prevent washout around your bulkhead.
