This correspondence is to confirm that I conducted a site visit to Hatteras Marine
Holdings, LLC at 48962 NC 12 in Buxton on April 30, 2024 regarding bulkhead
repairs. Based on my observation, I have authorized the attached Certification of
Exemption for replacement of 120 linear feet of wooden bulkhead in the existing
footprint/alignment as a Repair & Maintenance project.
In order to validate this Exemption, please address the following:
1) review and sign the Exemption on the line marked `Applicant's signature', and
2) scan and email a signed copy back to me for our records.
