Hey Ron, I'm doing well and hope you are too. It looks to me like there is a bit of a shelf in the bowl area of the shoreline. There's a little bit of water hyssop growing around the rocks but I really doubt I would call that section of the shoreline wetlands. As long as they can avoid the wetland area on the east side of the shoreline then I wouldn't have any wetland concerns for what's being proposed. Thanks, Billy Billy W. I have received a request for the placement of a riprap revetment at 123 Nixonton Loop in Elizabeth City, and I want to get your thoughts on the western area of the property where the shoreline is bowl -shaped. I've attached photos of the entire shoreline, and I think the eastern side of the property is pretty easy to discern as wetlands. So, the proposal is to place riprap along the shoreline in the bowl, and then transition the alignment to land placing it Landward of the wetland area as you move eastward. I just need to know if the bowl area would be claimed as jurisdictionaL 404- wetlands. I have attached a .kmz marker as well. Thanks!
