My other neighbor, Jerry Wilson has been away but said he would get it to you shortly. I do have another question that I haven't been able to figure out on the website: is there a limit of how long you can make the pier from the shore/seawall besides no longer than the longest dock. We have a big boat and it is a bit shallow where we are so we want to make sure we can get in and out without being grounded. Also, our sea wall is high and the water low as per above so we need to ramp across the water until we hit where it can level out. Thank you again foryour assistance! Please send me back a signed copy to complete permit issuance. I also want to make sure you are aware that no impervious surfaces may be within the CAMA 30' buffer (as measured landward from the bulkhead). I noticed on one of the drawings you provided (attached) shows that a portion of a paver walkway on the rear of the house, as welt as a firepit, is within the CAMA 30' Buffer. Currently these structures do not exist, so I'm trying to get ahead before they are installed creating a violation of the CAMA regulations. Both the pavers and the firepit are not exceptions that can be within the 30' Buffer.
