pursuant to the Coastal Area Management Act, Section 113A418 of the General Statutes.
Issued to Richard &Susan Hall, authorizing development in the Estuarine Shoreline (AEC) at lot #7 Beech Point Drive,
Albemarle Plantation, in Hertford, as requested in the permittee's application, dated January , 2023, received on April 3,
2023. This permit, issued on April 11. 2023, is subject to compliance with the application and site drawing (where
consistent with the permit), all applicable regulations and special conditions and notes set forth below. Any violation of
these terms may subject permittee to a fine, imprisonment or civil action, or may cause the permit to be null and void.
This peanitauthorizes: Install an upland retaining wall.
(1) All proposed development and associated construction must be done in accordance with the permitted work plat
drawings(s) dated received on April 3, 2021
(21 All construction must conform to the N.C. Building Code requirements and all other local, State and Federal regulations,
applicable beat ordinances and FEMA Flood Regulations.
(3) Any change or changes in the plans for development, construotion, or land use activities will require a re-ovaluat on and
modification of this permit.
(4) A copy of this permit shall be posted or available on site. Contact this office at 252-264-3901 for a final inspection at
completion of work.

within twenty (20) days of the issuing date. This permit must be on the project
site and accessible to the permit officer when the project fs inspected for
oomiiiance. Any maintenance work or projeor modification net covered under
this permit, require fudherwrihen permit approval. AN work must oeasawhen this
permit expires on: DECEMBER 31, 2026
In issuing this permit it is agreed teal this project is consistent with the local Land
