demolition of the existing house and build of a new single-family residence at 268 Beach Road North
(see attached drawing for full description). As an adjacent property owner, per CAMA regulations, I
have enclosed a copy of the permit application and project site plan as notification of the proposed
project.
If you have no objections to the proposed work, there is no action required. However, if you wish to file
