This letter of refinement is in reference to your 28 March 2023 request for a modification
of Major CAMA Permit No. 99-20 issued to Marshall C. Taylor. CAMA Major Permit No. 99-20
was issued to Marshall C. Taylor on 7 October 2020 for the installation of a riprap revetment, pier,
platform, 2 boatlifts, kayak launch and the rebuilding of an existing pier. A letter of refinement
was issued on 28 July 2023 to forgo the permitted riprap alignment along the existing wooden
bulkhead and replace ±200' of bulkhead a max of 2' waterward of the existing alignment.
Your most recent request to amend permit 99-20 to extend the newly installed bulkhead
alignment landward behind the identified wetland line as well as slope and grade the working
corridor as shown on your updated plat dated 28 March 2023 is hereby authorized. Please note
that this refinement does not allow for any increase in the number of slips. All permit conditions
still apply and remain unchanged. Your modified plat attached to your 28 March 2023
correspondence will become a permanent part of the file.

20 will expire on 31 December 2025 and can be renewed following the renewal process. If you
