Good afternoon Jess,
The adjacent owner notifications for this permit are still valid, so I can do a complete
permit reissue; however, this will require the submittal of another application fee. When
this permit was previously issued, the cost of the application fees for the pier ($200),
bulkhead ($400) and boat ramp ($200) totaled $800. On January 1, 2024, all CAMA general
permit fees were increased to $400. For a complete permit reissuance, we will need to
receive a check for $1,200 to cover the current application fees.
