and find that the activity you propose is exempt from needing Minor Development
Permit under the Coastal Arewlfianagement Act as long as it meets the condition as
specified below. If your plans should change and your project will no -logger meets these
conditions, please contact me before proceeding.
An accessory building for stbrage purposes, less than 200 square feet, may be
placed within the Area of Environmental Concern through the CAMA exemption.
