We have reviewed the information submitted to this office for a building permit
and find that the activity you propose is exempt from needing Minor Development
Permit under the Coastal Area Management Act as long as it meets the condition as
specified below. If your plans should change and your project will no longer meets these
conditions, please contact me before proceeding.
A deck being moved landward of the vegetation line and being 16'xl2' with no
roof, is an exempted use and may be permitted through the exemption process.
