We have reviewed the information to this office for a building permit to enlarge
the master bedroom, the construction located inside a V zone. All construction of living
space must exceed BFE by and additional two feet. We find that the activity you propose
is exempt from needing a Minor Development Permit under the Coastal Area
Management Act as long as it meets the conditions as specified below. If your plans
should change and your project will no longer meets these conditions, please contact me
before proceeding.
