If your plans should change and your oject will not longer meets these conditions, please contact me before proceeding. A single-family residence or addition must be located more than 40, landward of the mean high-water mark, or normal water level within the Estaurine Shoreline Area of Environmental Concern. No land disturbing act"Y may occur within that 40-foot buffer zone other than construction of a 6-foot wide access to the water.
