Also, please note that attached Agent Authorization letter signed by Director Dwan Bell on behalf of the City. • We updated the project impact exhibits to reflect the some impact amounts but additionally reflect two different options for the impacts within the moratorium dates and outside the moratorium dates. These two options are related to some of the methods that could be used by the contractor to build the bridge. The contractor may use other methods of construction but, we believe that the one's listed have the most impact. • We have also enclosed a check for $400 for the application fee on behalf of the City. Cynthia, The existing culverts are 66" in diameter. The proposed bridge is 29-0" long end to end including end bents (20'-0" Channel Opening from front face of end bent to front face of end bent) and 28'-3" wide ( The end bent projects out 3'-0" on all four sides). The lowest part of the bridge deck (Low Chord) bridge will be V-2" above the normal water surface elevation. It will be 1'-0" above the design high water elevation (10 year water rise).
