Debbie, On or about July 251h, Stephen Jernigan submitted to the County a Minor Permit application for work at 137 Shell Drive that could only be by authorized under a General Permit. You forwarded the application to me; however, I neglected to tell Mr. Jernigan to renotify the ARPOs using the General Permit version of the Notification Form. Because Mr. Jernigan used the Minor Permit notification forms, any comments the ARPOs might have had would have gone to either you or Kelly Brady. Can you touch base with Kelly and please let me know if you received any objections or no objections from Robin & Tom Tuite or from an organization called "Ace In The Hole"? According to the USPS tracking number, both parties received the notification form from Mr. Jernigan. Thank you. Martin L.
