existing pier to match the existing pier head line. However,for any pier over 200' long, you are required to gain 1' of

The plans are over the allotted platform square footage.The platform at the end is not granted access and is
considered a 20'x14' platform. Therefore,the 16'x14' and the 20'x14' puts the square footage at 504sqft.The
property has 50'of shoreline and can have a max of 400sqft. Let me know how you would like to proceed.
