It will create a significantly impaired view experienced from our property. Having the lift structure and a suspended boat directly in front of our kitchen window and for the side of our deck is certainly not desirable. It would create negative impact on to our property. As a fellow coastal land owner, we understand the value of water frontage as it relates to view, and water access. We would have NO Objection to the request if the location of the lift were on the East side of the Campbell's existing waterside "deck structure." The proposed project has been determined to comply with the Rules of the Coastal Resources Commission(7H. .1200), I and as such, a permit has been issued to authorize the development. I have enclosed a copy of the permit, as well as the relevant statutes. Q:x If you wish to contest our decision to issue this permit,you may file a request for a Third- Party Hearing.The request for a hearing will be considered by the Chairman of the Coastal Resources Commission.
