BURIED UTILITIES A, THE CONTRACTOR SHALL NOTIFY THE "NORTH CAROL.INA ONE —CALL CENTER" AT 1-800--632-4949 AND THE CITY OF JACKSONVILLE UTILITY DEPARTMENT TWO WEEKS PRIOR TO EXCAVATING IN CONSTRUCTION AREAS IN ORDER TO LOCATE BURIED UTILITIES WHICH MAY OR MAY NOT BE PRESENT.
