following terms and conditions: Sale price is$280,000.00 and rent shall be$2,000.00 per month,
plus taxes and insurance,payable by the 10th of each month beginning the 1st of November,2020 to
Hugh Sorrell
Upon receipt of final payment and compliance with all other matters agreed upon herein,

other casually excepted.
The lease shall not be transferred or assigned,nor the premises or any part thereof sublet by
the Lessees,except with the written consent of the Lessors first had and obtained,which shall not be
unreasonably withheld.
The Lessors do hereby covenant and agree with the Lessees that, subject to the terms and
conditions herein above set forth,the Lessees shall have and enjoy said premises during the term
herein provided for,free from the adverse claims of any and all other persons whomsoever.
The lease shall inure to the benefit of and be binding upon the parties hereto, their heirs,
executors and administrators.
