Good afternoon Wayne, The E-Slips slips low water depths nearest the bulkhead at E-17 and E-18 are less than 1 foot. As you continue down the bulkhead to E-1 depths are 2-4 foot nearest the bulkhead. 20 foot out from bulkhead 3-5 foot at low water. We are requesting depths of 5-8 foot at low water. Drawing with the proposed locations showing the dimensions (length, width, and depth (existing depth at normal low water and proposed depth at normal low water)) 2. Neighbor notification forms I've attached some documents that can help guide you in the process. I will review the application and conduct a site visit, if all is well, I can issue a permit($400 fee most likely). I would recommend applying for as many of the slips as possible (up to 1000cyd of spoils) in the application, as I'm sure more individuals will request the same once the see others. Thanks!
