I note that you didn't have issues with groins in regard to the existing phragmites; however, with a bulkhead proposal, please let me know if you will need to do a jurisdictional determination before an alignment were to be staked. Hey Yvonne, I've been sleeping on it for a while and I'm thinking that a bulkhead might be our best long-term option. My primary goal is to preserve the existing water line if at all possible. If the phragmites won't be an issue, I'm curious if bulkheading along the existing water line would be an option? I don't believe they are interested in a bulkhead, as their main concern is retaining the sandy beach.
