IG Holdings, LLC is applying for a CAMA General permit to install a bulkhead and a
CAMA Minor permit to install a swimming pool on their property located at 3214 Bay
Drive, Kill Devil Hills, NC on Kitty Hawk Bay, in Dare County, North Carolina. The
specifics of the proposed work are in the enclosed application forms and drawings.
As the adjacent riparian property owner to the aforementioned project, I am required
to notify you of the development in order to give you the opportunity to comment on
the project. Please review the attached permit application and drawings. Should you
have any objections to this proposal, please send your written comments to Donna
Elliot, LPO Kill Devil Hills Planning Dept, Post Office Box 1719, Kill Devil Hills, NC
27948, (252) 449- 5310 for any matters regarding the CAMA Minor swimming pool
permit, and to Mr. Ron Renaldi with the Division of Coastal Management 401 S.

CAMA Minor permit to install a swimming pool on their property located at 3214 Bay
Drive, Kill Devil Hills, NC on Kitty Hawk Bay, in Dare County, North Carolina. The

As the adjacent riparian property owner to the aforementioned project, I am required
