We have been contracted by the homeowners (Un Yong Karl and Eva Chin) at 1156 Duck Rd to construct a two -tiered
bulkhead system with stairs (which is essentially a bulkhead and upper retaining wall with connecting stairs). Since Four
Seasons in Duck POA owns the adjacent property, as part of the CAMA permitting process, I sent the attached letter and

I wanted to give you a head up that our Council approved the SUP request at 1156 Duck Road Wednesday evening. I
know they have a CAMA GP but it is likely expired so I expect that will be in touch with you to extend that if possible. Let
