DESCRIPTION
We propose to install a new concrete pier consisting of a 5' wide x 50' long
walkway connecting to a 9' wide x 30' long platform.
We propose to install four (4) new 10" x 35' long pilings for future boat lift.
We propose to install a new vinyl seawall. Wall will be 185' long with 4' — 5'
exposure. This includes a 10' long wingback on the left side of the property.
We propose to install additional 3' long stainless-steel tieback rods to each
tieback on the wall.
