Hey Heather, The lifts will be the only new addition. All the platforms and piers on the "Frink marine Improvements" attachment were existing, however they are in very sad shape, so we plan on replacing several poles and dock components on that drawing. Basically putting all the docks back and installing the new lifts.So for the general it would basically be everything in that design drawing less the bulkhead and covered portion. Thanks Heather!
