Your neighbor, Brian Kimsey at 57 Ballast Point, would like to install a jet ski ramp in his designated
slip on the Ballast Point Canal. I have been authorized by Pirate's Cove Homeowner's Association to
act as their agent on this matter.
The North Carolina Division of Coastal management (CAMA) requires that you be notified and that
you be given the opportunity to approve or object to this. The attached notification form also has
related documents showing the location of Mr. Kimsey's slip along the pier, a representation of the jet
ski ramp, and the ramp connection apparatus that will be built by a qualified contractor.
You are requested to review the attached notification form and related documents, complete the
middle portion of page one, and sign, date and scan a copy back to me.
