Sarah said if we did the T shaped with the boatlift on the end we should not need the waivers. That was how we ended
it before she left. We can't get waivers. Sarah came by my office one day and we figured this out. She said she would
wright it up but never heard anymore.

Julie,
I drew the plan for Macko into Google Earth at the proposed dimensions (attached) you
provided me, and if these are correct, I will need a 15' waiver from Marc Jorrens because the
platform will be —11' from his riparian corridor line (purple line in attached drawing). In the
paperwork I have, Mr. Jorrens indicated that he did not wish to waive the 15' setback. In the
proposed drawing you sent me, it was indicated the pier would be setback from the Beazely
property line 15' (green line in attached drawing), let me know if this is incorrect.
Also, please make sure what I show in the drawing is correct, because that will be how I draw
it up pending any changes.
