Jason talked with Keith Dibley by phone and explained that the pier
for Southwood Management/Hodges was going to be exactly like
the Narutowicz's pier we just built that is on the lot next door to
Southwood Management's lot. Mr. Dibley also talked to Mr.
Hodges, when he was down to check on the house he is
building. Mr. Dibley did not express any objections to the project to
either Jason or Mr. Hodges.
Mr. Dibley is a year round resident of Colington Harbour and we
can go by with the original form he returned and ask him to
complete the objection section of the form and then send that to
you if needed.
Let me know. We are working back in Colington on the Barnes and
Grizzard project so we can do that with ease.

I JOB DESCRIPTION FOR PIER I
• Construct a pier to be 5' wide by 88 linear feet long with a 12' x 16' platform.
• 8" x 20' 2.5# marine grade round pilings to be installed on 8' centers.
• 2" x 8" ground contact salt treated girders and joists to be installed.
• All piling to joist and piling to girder points of contact to be bolted with (2) 5/8"
galvanized timber bolts. Joists to be installed on 16" centers.
• Any joists not bolted will be tied down to girder with 2" x 4" ground contact salt treated
blocking.
• 2" x 6" ground contact salt heated decking to be installed.
• All nails to be 3'/4" MAZE double hot dipped galvanized.
• Install (4) 8" x 25' 2.5# marine grade round pilings for future boat lift.
• A final cleanup of all construction debris related to this project to be performed.
