You can do the sketch on the paperwork that would be fine. If you could scan and e-mail the signed forms once they
are received then I will be able to schedule the site visit. Once I have done the site visit then you can get me the
check (made out to NCDEQ). 1 can make site visits without the property owners present, but I will let them know
