This letter is being sent to inform you of a project that is planned for construction in the next few weeks.
Cox Communications will be building fiber optic cable in Moyock in the right of way along SR-1222
(Shingle Landing Rd.) The route will require a crossing north of the bridge at Shingle Landing Creek.
The construction will be done with a horizontal directional drill to ensure that the creek and surrounding
wetlands are not impacted.
Your property is adjacent to the project and Cox is required to notify you of our intent to sumit a CAMA
permit wth the Department of Coastal Management. Enclosed in this mailing, you will find:
