We have attached our reply to the Adjacent Riparian Owner Property Notification/Waiver Form in
connection with the proposed pier, deck, and boat lift with roof construction on the property located at
130 Dockery Drive, Hertford, NC 27944. We have objections to the proposed construction.
We were provided a project drawing that was poorly drawn and hard to see due to the dark
background. Specifically,
1. The provided project drawing does not show the location of the project relative to our property.
Our property is located at Lot tf 20 of Bay Landing with a property address of 132 Dockery Drive,
Hertford NC 27944.
2. The project drawing also did not include its orientation to the surrounding adjacent properties.
3. The drawing does not show that the project will be set back 15' from our area of riparian access.
We do not wish to waive the 15' setback requirement from our area of riparian access.
